HiTec Helsinki

Description: HiTec Helsinki takes your group to see the Helsinki City attractions in a new way. You will visit famous attractions like the Senate Square as well as some more unknown places as an interactive team competition. Participants form teams that are equipped with Nokia imaging mobile phones (mobile phones with camera) and led through a series of tasks. Some tasks require the team to use their imagination and team skills. There will also be a snack served on one task point.

Throughout the competition, the tool for receiving the tasks and delivering the answers is the imaging phone and MMS-services (multimedia services).The activity can be taken also to other sites than Helsinki City (for example Suomenlinna or Nuuksio), considering the group´s program and daylight conditions.

Later in the evening, our HiTec Helsinki host will present the results in a wrap-up session: photos taken by teams (and some by our guides), scores earned by the teams and of course the final results. The wrap-up session can be combined to e.g. the group´s dinner. After the event, the results and photos will be available on web, using a password given to your participants.

This event is especially suitable for incentive groups, but also for other groups that look for something new and very Finnish!

If the visit’s purpose is a business meeting and the target of your event is to deliver some messages to your participants (e.g. strategy training for employees, product benefits for customers or partners), we have the ability to include your facts messages to the competition as tasks. Consider this as an option, it can really boost the effect of your message!

Duration: 1,5 - 3 hours activity + 20-30 min wrap-up.
